New to MMS in 2023, The MMS Lancer Jazz Band is designed for 7th and 8th grade students who are also enrolled in Lancer Band. This ensemble operates throughout the year, simultaneously with standard band class. The Lancer Jazz Band performs for the annual MMS Winter Concert, Courtyard Concert, and Spring Concert, and will perform at the FBA District 9 Jazz MPA in 2024, for the first time in 6 years.
